We design and create our jewelry entirely in our studio located in the high Mountains of Northern Italy, where we also live a Slow Life lifestyle.

We only use organic metals such as Pure Bronze, light yellow anti-allergic brass, and 999 SILVER which is the highest quality available. All of which are naturally Nickel FREE. Sometimes we use 24K Gold pigments for the inlays. ​​ Each piece is carefully crafted to ensure strength and lasting beauty.

Bronze is an incredibly durable metal that lasts forever, making it the top choice for statues worldwide. Its patina acts as a protective layer, ensuring longevity. Interestingly, bronze also has a unique interaction with your body. ​ The more you wear it, the brighter it becomes. If your skin's pH changes, caused by hormonal shifts or menstruation, it may darken slightly, but a quick wash with soap and a brush can restore its shine in seconds. ​ We find this fascinating, as it acts like a mood ring, reflecting the state of your body. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals and humidity. You can shower with it, but make sure to dry it afterward. It's best to remove your jewelry before swimming, especially bronze pieces. If a green patina appears, simply brush it away with soap. If you're not satisfied with your jewelry, please inform us within one week of receiving it. We aim to ensure your happiness and will make every effort to resolve the issue. If necessary, we can process a return for your jewelry or make an exchange. Important Info All refunds for products returned in an undamaged and unworn condition will be credited to the customer via the original purchase method. ​ Customers are kindly requested to initiate return requests by phone, mail, or WhatsApp to obtain a Return Form. Failure to do so may delay the processing of refunds. In certain instances, we may return the parcel to the sender. ​ Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products by Mòörya. Returns received beyond the aforementioned timelines may be accepted at the discretion of Nicole, owner of Mòörya.

If goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us at +39 3802856164 via WhatsApp or email us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Upon submitting your return for defective items, Nicole, the founder of Mòörya, will personally evaluate the product. Returns will only be accepted if it is established that the item was delivered damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we prioritize repair over replacement to minimize environmental impact. We will repair the item whenever feasible. ​ Exclusions: Items showing signs of damage resulting from normal use or accidental mishandling will not be deemed faulty and will not be eligible for return. ​ Damaged or Opened Packages: If the package you receive is damaged or open, kindly decline the delivery and contact our customer service promptly. ​ Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement and cover any associated expenses.

Yes! We have a wide range of ring sizes to ensure a perfect fit for everyone. From smaller to larger sizes, we've got you covered. Our rings are divided into unique pieces and core lines. Unique pieces are one-of-a-kind and usually come in a medium size so that can normally fit everybody. However, if you love a specific design, but you want it on a specific finger, you can contact us and we can create a similar ring in your size. For our other types of rings, we typically offer a Medium size to simplify our process. If you need a specific size, just reach out to us and we'll be happy to make one just for you. ​ X COUPLE RINGS: We personalize all couple rings to fit both you and your loved one's sizes.
