Hey there, We're a small business and make everything by hand!
We aim to send your order as soon as possible, but please give us 3-5 days to create it with love.
Shipping times may vary based on where you are, but we do our best to deliver your Mòorya jewelry as quickly as possible.
Don't worry, we'll keep you informed about the estimated delivery time when you check out and during the shipping progress.
Delivery to Italy
Orders are shipped 2 days a week (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Delivery times refer only to products in stock.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
IT Standard Delivery - FREE
IT Standard Delivery is free on all orders over €70.
Orders under €70 cost €5.
Delivery will take 3-5 working days and is dispatched via Poste Italiane.
You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Express Delivery - €7
IT Express Delivery will take 1-2 working days and is dispatched via Poste Italiane.
You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
Europe Standard Delivery -€15
EU Standard Delivery will take 5-7 working days and is normally dispatched via Poste Italiane.

We offer International Delivery to Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
It costs €30 and will be sent via courier to arrive in 10-12 working days.

International Express Shipping
If you're living outside Italy and need something delivered ASAP, give us a shout.
We'll do our best to give you the fastest options, which can change from time to time.
Instead of listing them here, we'll send 'em straight to your email, along with the bank details for the extra shipping costs.
Once we get your email confirming the payment, we'll dispatch your order like a flash!
Just make sure you send us a pic of the transaction for our records.
How your order will arrive
Your order will be shipped in a brown peel and seal mailing box.
The jewelry is packaged in recycled jewelry boxes or cardboard boxes with our Mòörya Logo.
Returns & Refunds
All refunds for products returned in an undamaged and unworn condition will be credited to the customer via the original purchase method.
Customers are kindly requested to initiate return requests by phone, mail, or WhatsApp to obtain a Return Form. Failure to do so may delay the processing of refunds. In certain instances, we may return the parcel to the sender.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products by Mòörya.
Returns received beyond the aforementioned timelines may be accepted at the discretion of Nicole, owner of Mòörya.
f goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us at +39 3802856164 via WhatsApp or email us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Upon submitting your return for defective items, Nicole, the founder of Mòörya, will personally evaluate the product. Returns will only be accepted if it is established that the item was delivered damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect.
In such cases, we prioritize repair over replacement to minimize environmental impact. We will repair the item whenever feasible.
Exclusions:
Items showing signs of damage resulting from normal use or accidental mishandling will not be deemed faulty and will not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Opened Packages:
If the package you receive is damaged or open, kindly decline the delivery and contact our customer service promptly.
Lost Orders:
If your order is lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement and cover any associated expenses.
